In Ercolano, inside the Vesuvius National Park, we meet Carlo Cozzolino, who, according to precise rules of sustainability and with cultivation techniques carried out entirely by hand, runs a little farm for the cultivation of one of the oldest and most typical products of agriculture from Campania: the Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP.
