In Rossano (Calabria region), in the eastern part of the Piana di Sibari, the largest valley of marshy origins in Calabria we meet Osvaldo De Falco who in 2015, almost for fun,
created an IT system capable of connecting producers and consumers directly with
significative advantages in terms of quality and costs both for consumers and producers.
